Measurement

How Content Performance Is Measured

Every piece gets one main job, and we measure it against that job. A blog post meant to rank is judged on search. A guide meant to capture leads is judged on downloads.

We don’t promise rankings, AI citations, lead counts or dates. We promise a plan, the work and honest numbers.

See what we’d measure for you.

Scope and investment

Deliverables, Scope and Investment

Content strategy and research, plus the content itself: SEO blog articles, e-books and guides, infographics, website copy, case studies and social snippets. Every engagement includes briefs, writing or design, editing, fact-checking, on-page SEO and a monthly performance review. Your proposal lists exactly which pieces and how many.

SEO blog articles, e-books and guides, infographics, website copy, case studies and social snippets. Social snippets are written for you or your team to post; ongoing account management is a separate service. Video production is quoted separately.

Both. Most clients start with a content plan and keep us on to produce it. If you have writers in-house, we can deliver the strategy and briefs only.

Both. A monthly program keeps a steady calendar of new and refreshed content. A one-off project covers a set deliverable, like an e-book, a batch of articles or a website copy refresh. Either way, the proposal lists the deliverables and the cost before you sign.

We start with your buyers: the questions they ask your sales team, what they search for and what competitors already cover. Every topic gets a brief with the search intent, sources, angle and call to action before writing starts. Your experts only fill the gaps that only they can.

You approve the plan, each brief and each finished piece. The number of revision rounds is set in your proposal, and nothing is published without your sign-off. One named approver on your side keeps things moving.

We deliver publish-ready files, and we can upload and format posts in your CMS if that’s in your scope. Paid promotion, email sends and ongoing social media management are separate services, so you only pay for the channels you need.

You own the finished content and the design source files once they’re paid for. Stock images and other third-party assets follow their own licenses, and we tell you which ones are used. We only show your work publicly with your permission.

Against each piece’s goal: search visibility and organic visits, engagement, and inquiries or downloads where tracking allows. We review it with you monthly. Search content builds over months, and timing depends on your site, your competition and how often you publish, so we don’t promise rankings or dates.

By scope: the formats, how many pieces, research depth, design work and whether we publish for you. After a short call we send a free proposal with the deliverables and the cost. Ad spend or paid tools, if any, are listed separately.

B2B companies, professional services, local and service businesses, e-commerce brands, tech and SaaS startups, real estate and property, industrial and distribution, and travel and consumer services. If your buyers research before they buy, content can work for you.
