A Local SEO Company That Does the Work
Local SEO isn’t one task. It’s a profile, a website, dozens of directory listings and a steady flow of reviews, all telling Google the same story about your business. Software handles a slice of it. As your local SEO agency, we handle all of it, as one program.
| Local SEO work | Doing it yourself | Listing software | Ascendly local SEO |

| Directory listings | Fixed one by one | Pushed to its partner network | Audited, corrected and built where it matters |

| What you end up with | Hours of admin | Another login | A team accountable for the work |
Local SEO for Your Business
Small business local SEO services built around how your customers reach you: they visit you, you visit them, or you serve them from several locations.
Storefront Businesses
Shops, clinics, offices and restaurants where customers come to you. We focus on the map results that drive calls, direction requests and walk-ins.
Service-Area Businesses
Contractors, home services and mobile businesses that work at the customer's location. We set your service area up correctly and build relevance for the places you genuinely serve.
Multiple Locations
Brands with more than one real location. Each gets an accurate profile, a matching page and its own reporting, coordinated under one plan.
- You don't show up in the map results for your main service
- Your hours, address or phone number are wrong on some sites
- Your website doesn't mention the services and areas people search for
- Reviews arrive in random bursts, and some never get a reply
- Owner or manager access to your Google Business Profile
- Access to your website, or to the developer who manages it
- Accurate business details: locations, hours, services and service areas
Suspended, unverified or duplicate profiles are assessed and scoped separately.
Local SEO Services and Deliverables
Five work areas that reinforce each other, run as one program. Your proposal confirms exactly which work, quantities and approvals apply to your business.
01 · The centerpiece
Google Business Profile Enhancement
Your profile is often the first thing local customers see, in Maps and in search. Our Google Business Profile management covers the initial optimization and the ongoing upkeep that keeps it accurate and active: the core of Google Maps SEO.
- A profile audit and initial optimization
- Categories, services and business details reviewed and corrected
- Ongoing updates and monitoring, as agreed in your plan
- Every change approved by you, on a profile you own
Verification, reinstatement and duplicate-profile issues are scoped separately.
Website Optimization for Local Search
Google checks your website to confirm what your profile says. We align your service and location pages, on-page signals and technical basics with the searches you want to win.
- Local on-page optimization of key pages
- Service and location relevance fixes
- Technical fixes that affect local pages
- Built in your CMS, or briefed to your developer
A website rebuild and our full SEO program are separate.
Localized Content
Content that answers local customers' questions and describes the areas you genuinely serve. We improve the pages you already have before writing new ones.
- Edits to existing service and location pages
- New local content where it fills a real gap
- Customer-question and service-area content
- Your approval before anything is published
Quantities are set in your proposal. No mass-produced city pages.
Citations and Business-Information Consistency
Your name, address and phone number need to match everywhere customers and Google look. Our local citation services fix what's wrong and build listings on the directories that matter.
- An audit of your current listings
- Corrections and duplicate clean-up
- New listings on relevant directories
- Listings in your name, using facts you supply
Directory or tool costs are itemized. New to citations? Read our local citations guide.
Online Review Management and Generation
Reviews affect both your ranking and whether people call. We set up a simple way to ask real customers for feedback, and help you respond to every review.
- A review request process for genuine customers
- Monitoring of new Google reviews
- Drafted responses, approved by you
- Escalation of negative or suspicious reviews
We follow Google’s review policies: no incentives, no filtering who gets asked and no promised removals.

ORGANIC SEO EXAMPLE · WEBSITE AND CONTENT WORK
Fast Passports and Visas
Client: an expedited passport and visa service.
Work: content and on-page SEO on the client’s website.
Why it’s here: it shows what the website and content side of local SEO can do. It is an organic search result, not a Google Maps or profile result.
Figures as published in the Fast Passports case study. Organic search traffic and rankings, not Maps rankings, calls or sales. Past results don’t guarantee future results.
Five-star Google reviews across our 13 live Google Business Profiles. Google says review count and rating factor into local ranking. We build reviews the same way for clients: genuine customers, a steady request process and a reply to every review.

Local SEO Reporting and Progress
A map ranking isn’t a phone call, and a click isn’t a customer. We report each signal on its own, so you can see what’s actually working.
Work Completed and Next Priorities
What we did this period, what changed and what we'll do next.
Local Visibility and Profile Interactions
Where you appear for the searches and areas we agree with you, plus the calls, website clicks and direction requests your profile receives.
Website Discovery and Enquiries
Organic visits to your local pages, and the enquiries we can track once your forms and call tracking are connected.
Local rankings change with the searcher’s location (see our local ranking factors guide). Reporting cadence and data sources are confirmed in your proposal.
- Calls from your Business Profile
- Direction requests
- Website clicks from your profile
- Organic visits to your local pages
- Tracked form and call enquiries
A profile interaction is not automatically a lead. We only count enquiries we can track.
Local SEO Scope and Pricing
No one-size-fits-all local SEO packages. You pay for what your business actually needs, and we recommend a scope after a consultation.

Local SEO FAQs
Straight answers about scope, access, timelines, reviews and cost.
What's included in your local SEO services?
Five work areas: Google Business Profile enhancement, website optimization for local search, localized content, citations and business-information consistency, and review management. Your proposal confirms which apply and in what quantity. Ad spend, website rebuilds, our broader SEO program, link-building campaigns and profile reinstatement are scoped separately.
Do I need local SEO on my website, or just my Google Business Profile?
Usually both. Google uses your website to confirm what your profile says, and many searchers check your site before they call. Profile-only work can make sense if your website is already in good shape. We’ll tell you which applies once we’ve looked at both.
Does local SEO work for service-area and multi-location businesses?
Yes. Service-area businesses that work at customers’ locations need their service area set up correctly and content that reflects the places they really serve. Businesses with several genuine locations need an accurate profile and page for each, coordinated under one plan. We don’t create profiles for addresses you don’t operate from.
What access do you need, and who makes the changes?
Manager access to your Google Business Profile, plus access to your website and analytics. We make approved changes ourselves where we have access, or brief your developer if they manage the site. You stay the owner of your profile and accounts.
How long does local SEO take, and can you guarantee rankings?
Profile and listing corrections can happen early, but how quickly rankings respond depends on your competition, location and starting point. No one can honestly guarantee a position, because Google’s local results change with each searcher’s location. Our local ranking factors guide explains why. We set expectations from your baseline and report progress against it.
How do you handle reviews, and can you remove bad reviews?
We help you ask genuine customers for feedback, monitor new reviews and draft responses for your approval. We follow Google’s policies: no incentives, no asking only happy customers and no fake reviews. We can help you flag reviews that break Google’s rules, but only Google decides whether a review comes down.
How do you report local SEO results?
We report work completed, local visibility, profile interactions (calls, website clicks and direction requests) and website visits separately. A profile interaction isn’t automatically a lead, so we only count enquiries we can track through your forms or call tracking. Cadence and sources are confirmed in your proposal.
How much do local SEO services cost?
Plans start at $799 per month per location. Your price depends on the number of locations, the condition of your profile, website and listings, how much content and review work you need, and whether you need one-time cleanup, ongoing management or both. Directory and tool costs are itemized in your proposal.
Discuss Your Local SEO Requirements
