Who Meta Ads Management Is For
Meta ads work when there’s a clear goal behind them. Pick the one closest to yours and see what it takes.
Lead-Generation Campaigns
- Best when
- You sell a service, a quote or a booking, and a person on your team follows up.
- We optimize for
- Qualified leads, not just form fills. Instant forms or your own landing page, routed to your CRM.
- A clear offer people can say yes to
- A form or page we can track
- Someone who calls leads back fast
Ecommerce Sales Campaigns
- Best when
- You sell products online and can track purchases on your store.
- We optimize for
- Purchases and revenue against spend, with margin and returns kept in view.
- A store with purchase tracking (Shopify, WooCommerce and similar)
- A product catalog if you run catalog ads
- Stock and fulfilment that can handle more orders
Existing-Account Improvement
- Best when
- You already spend on Meta, but results have stalled, costs have climbed or nobody trusts the numbers.
- We optimize for
- A full review first, then a rebuild of what's broken. We keep what works and the history it has.
- Partner access to your Business Manager
- Past results and what changed recently
- Honest numbers on which leads or sales were real
People scroll past ads that ask for nothing specific.
Who buys, where they live, what they worry about.
Photos, clips, reviews or product shots we can work from.
A form, a page or a store that's ready for traffic.
We set it up if it's missing. Nothing launches blind.
Someone to answer leads or ship orders when they come in.
Not sure which goal fits? We’ll tell you on a free call, and whether Meta is right at all.

Ad Creative and Testing
On Meta, the ad is the targeting. The right hook finds the right people, so we treat creative as the main lever, and test it on purpose.

Illustrative concepts for a home-services business. Not client ads.
Messaging and Creative Concepts
Every ad starts with a reason to stop scrolling: a problem your buyer has, proof you can solve it, or an offer worth tapping. We write the angles, then design the ads around them.
Test Planning and Iteration
Each test changes one thing, says what we expect, and sets the number that decides it. Winners get budget and new versions; losers are switched off. A test is a process, not a promise of a winner.
Production and Approvals
We write copy, design statics and carousels, and edit short video from clips you send. Shoots, creators and large video batches are quoted separately. You approve every ad before it runs. Ads we make for you are yours to keep.
Tired of the same three ads? We’ll show you the angles we’d test first.
Conversion Measurement and Reporting
A cheap lead that never answers the phone is expensive. We fix the tracking first, measure past the form into your CRM or your store, and report Meta’s numbers next to yours.
We feed what happens at the bottom back into how we spend at the top.
Profitable, but thinner than a 3x ROAS suggests.
Before our fee, returns and shipping. Example only.
Tracking and Conversion Definitions
We agree what counts as a conversion before launch, then set up the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API so events are sent from both your site and your server. We check events fire, match and aren't counted twice. What Meta reports and what your business records are kept apart in every report.
Lead Quality and Sales Handoff
A lead isn't a sale. We set a definition of a qualified lead with you, filter duplicates and junk, route new leads to your team fast through your CRM, and use your outcomes to steer spend toward the leads that close.
Ecommerce Performance
Purchases, revenue, spend and return on ad spend, with clear definitions. ROAS is revenue divided by ad spend; it isn't profit. We look at margin, returns and repeat buyers with you, so scaling makes money and not just revenue.
Live dashboard, updated daily
Monthly review call with decisions, not just charts
Spend, cost per result and the business outcome side by side
A plain note on what we changed and why
Meta models some conversions and attribution windows vary; we say so in every report. No guarantees on lead volume, sales or ROAS.
Meta Ads Campaign Results
Real Facebook and Instagram campaigns we run: online orders, buyer inquiries and leasing leads, each in its own units, with the dates and limits spelled out.
- Objective
- Buyer inquiries for Segway vehicles, mowers and Mahindra tractors
- Channel
- Facebook (324 leads) and Instagram (82 leads), instant forms
- Period
- Jan 30 – Apr 1, 2026

- Three product-specific campaigns, local targeting, equipment creative and a financing offer

Read the case study- Objective
- Website purchases
- Channel
- Facebook and Instagram, purchase-optimized campaigns
- Period
- Sep 13 – Oct 12, 2026
- What we did
- Product-benefit videos, a collaboration carousel, prospecting plus a buyer lookalike campaign
$1,358.32 Meta spend. Orders confirmed by the client. Meta attributed them with 7-day click and 1-day view (104 were click-through). Sales are revenue, not profit.
- Objective
- Fill vacant units: leads that tour and sign
- Channel
- Facebook and Instagram ads, with AI follow-up and a shared leasing CRM
- Period
- 90 days
- What we did
- Campaigns, creative, lead routing and follow-up; the leasing team ran tours and signed leases
One property, self-reported, $1,360 total ad spend. The ads, follow-up and leasing team worked together, so not all of it is credited to the ads. Not a typical outcome.
Read the case study- Objective
- Leasing inquiries
- Channel
- Facebook and Instagram, instant forms
- Period
- Aug 14 – Oct 12, 2026 (two 30-day periods)

How the Engagement Works
Fast to start, careful at launch, honest in the first weeks.
- Week 1
Discovery and Account Review
Your goals, offer, margins and buyer. If you've run Meta ads before, we review the account and its history.
You: Share access and past results - Weeks 1–2
Preparation and Launch
Tracking set up and tested, audiences built, first ads written and designed, destination checked. Ads go live in about two weeks once access and assets are in.
You: Approve ads and the destination - The first 30 to 60 days
Testing, Review and Next Decisions
Meta needs data to learn. We test creative and audiences, review weekly, then move budget to what works.
You: Tell us which leads were good
Account Ownership and Client Responsibilities
Everything is built inside accounts you own. We work through partner access, never your password, and Meta bills your card for ad spend directly. You approve ads, keep your offers and claims accurate, and follow up leads or ship orders. Month to month: if you leave, we remove our access and everything stays with you.

Meta Ads Management Fees and Ad Spend
How much does a Facebook ads agency cost? Your proposal shows every line before you agree to anything. Here’s what it looks like.
| Management feeStrategy, creative, tracking, management, reporting | Quoted after one call |
|---|---|
| Ad spendPaid by you straight to Meta. We never mark it up | You set it |
| Starting budgetBased on your goal, not a fixed minimum | Recommended on the call |
| SetupTracking, account setup, first creative | Listed in your proposal |
| Landing pagesIf your current page can't convert | Included when needed |
| TermNo long-term contract | Month to month |
Management Fees Versus Advertising Budget
You pay two separate bills. Your ad spend goes straight to Meta on your own card; we never mark it up. Our management fee is invoiced by us, for the strategy, creative, tracking and management work.
What Changes the Scope
How many campaigns and objectives, how much new creative each month, whether video is involved, catalog or store work, landing pages, and how deep the tracking and CRM connections go.
Proposal and Engagement Terms
We quote after one call, in writing. We recommend a starting ad budget based on your goal and market, not a fixed minimum. Month to month, no long-term contract.
Meta Ads Agency FAQs
Straight answers on scope, creative, fees, access and ownership.
Do you manage both Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes. Meta runs both from one ad account, so we plan them together: one strategy, with each ad sized and written for Feed, Stories or Reels on either app. Messenger and Audience Network placements are used only when they help your goal.
What is included in Meta ads management?
Strategy, account setup, campaign builds, audiences, budgets, ad copy and design, short video edits from your clips, Pixel and Conversions API tracking, landing pages where needed, weekly optimization and a live dashboard with a monthly review call. Your proposal lists the exact scope.
Is ad creative production included?
We write copy, design statics and carousels, and edit short video from clips you send. Shoots, creators and large video batches are quoted separately. You approve every ad before it runs. Ads we make for you are yours to keep.
How are management fees different from ad spend?
Ad spend is what Meta charges to show your ads; it’s billed to your card by Meta. Our fee pays for the work. They’re separate, and we never take a cut of your spend.
What budget and account access are needed to begin?
There’s no fixed minimum. We recommend a starting budget on the call, based on your goal, your market and what a lead or sale is worth to you. For access, we need partner access to your Business Manager, your ad account and your page. If you don’t have these yet, we set them up in your name.
Can you take over an existing campaign or ad account?
Yes. We review it first, keep what’s working and the history it has built, and fix the rest: tracking, structure, audiences and creative. We don’t start over unless the account truly needs it.
Who owns the ad account, creative and campaign data?
You do. The Business Manager, ad account, pixel, audiences, page and the ads we make for you are all yours. We work through partner access and remove it when you leave.
Are landing pages and conversion tracking included?
Tracking is: we set up and verify the Meta Pixel and Conversions API before launch. We also build landing pages when your current page is holding results back; your proposal says so up front.
How do you measure lead quality or ecommerce sales?
For leads, we agree a definition of a qualified lead, then compare Meta’s count with what your CRM shows and feed outcomes back to Meta where your CRM allows. For stores, we track purchases and revenue against spend and check them against your store’s orders, with returns and margin in view.
What does onboarding and the initial testing period involve?
Week one is discovery, access and tracking. Ads usually go live in about two weeks, once access and assets are in. The first 30 to 60 days are for testing: Meta learns, we test creative and audiences, and you get honest early numbers before we scale.
