Public Google Business Profile figures, checked Oct 11, 2026. These are current totals, not before-and-after results.
“Like any used truck, I had a couple of minor A/C issues after the purchase, but what really impressed me was…”
“Thank you for the terrific review and for recommending us. We're glad Rick, Danny, and the shop were able to promptly resolve the A/C issues at no cost and that the truck has been exactly what you needed.”
A customer had a problem. The reply names the people who fixed it and what it cost them: nothing. The next buyer reads the problem and the fix, and trusts you more for both.
Business Reputation Challenges and Service Fit
Business reputation management for small businesses and multi-location brands. Pick the problem that costs you most.
Google, Facebook, Yelp and industry sites each hold part of the story, and nobody watches all of them.
What we do about it- Every platform in your plan watched in one place
- Alerts for each new review, read by a person
- Every location tracked separately
Replies happen when someone remembers, in whatever tone they're in that day.
What we do about it- A reply to every review, in your brand voice
- You choose: we reply, or you approve first
- Reply rate and reply time on your live dashboard
Happy customers rarely leave a review unless someone asks, so your newest one is months old.
What we do about it- A simple review request your team sends to every customer
- The same public link for everyone, never filtered
- Request activity tracked over time
Wait times, billing or follow-up show up again and again, but never reach the person who can fix them.
What we do about it- Complaint themes spotted across all your reviews
- Escalated to the person who can fix them
- Theme trends on your dashboard, by location
A harsh, unfair or sensitive review sits there, and a rushed reply could make it worse.
What we do about it- A calm, truthful reply, approved before it posts if you prefer
- Rule-breaking reviews reported through the platform's process
- Legal, safety and privacy issues escalated to you first
- Businesses that rely on Google reviews to win customers
- Owners, marketing leads and operations managers who want reviews handled, not another tool to learn
- Single-location businesses and multi-location brands
- Teams that want help asking for reviews the right way
- Personal or individual reputation repair
- Legal disputes and court-ordered removals
- Emergency crisis PR
- Fake, paid or filtered reviews

Shortcuts get businesses penalized. We do it the honest way, and tell you plainly what nobody controls.
We never write, buy or swap reviews.
Every customer gets the same request.
Only platforms remove reviews.
- Ask every customer for honest feedback
- Write truthful, respectful replies
- Report reviews that break a platform's rules, through its official process
- Tell you plainly what's outside anyone's control
- Write, buy or swap reviews
- Only ask happy customers
- Promise removals, ratings or rankings
- Run legal takedown campaigns
Platforms decide what stays up, and search engines decide what ranks. More background in our search engine reputation management guide. Ranking in Google Maps is Local SEO.

What is included in Ascendly's reputation management service?
A reputation baseline, review monitoring, replies (written by us or approved by you), escalation of sensitive reviews, honest review-request setup, complaint-theme insights, branded search support and a live dashboard. You get the exact scope in writing before we start.
Which review platforms can you monitor and manage?
All the major ones: Google, Facebook, Yelp, BBB, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor and industry sites such as Apartments.com. We confirm every platform and location in your scope before we start. Yelp doesn’t allow businesses to ask for reviews, so on Yelp we monitor and reply, but never ask.
Can you manage reviews for multiple locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own monitoring and replies, and your dashboard shows each location and all of them combined. Local managers can approve replies for their own location if you’d like.
Do you write review responses, publish them or work through our team?
Your choice. We can reply for you, inside the voice and rules we agree at setup. Or we draft every reply and post it once you approve. Either way, legal, safety, privacy and refund issues always come to you first.
Can negative reviews be removed, and what is outside your control?
Only the platform can remove a review, and only if it breaks that platform’s rules, such as spam, conflicts of interest or offensive content. We report those through the official process, but we can’t guarantee the outcome. Honest negative reviews stay up. A calm, helpful reply is usually the best answer, for the reviewer and for everyone who reads it later.
How are customer feedback and review requests handled?
We set up a simple request your team sends to every customer after a purchase or visit. Everyone gets the same public review link. We never filter out unhappy customers. A separate private feedback route lets customers raise a problem directly, so your team can fix it.
How much does reputation management cost?
Plans start at $799 a month, month to month, with no long-term contract. Your price depends on the number of locations and platforms, your review volume and how much branded search work you need. You get a written quote after a free call, along with a free reputation snapshot: your rating, review count, newest review and reply rate on your main platforms.
What progress is measured, and when can it reasonably be assessed?
Your live dashboard tracks new reviews, rating mix, recency, reply rate and time, complaint themes and open escalations, by platform, location and date. Reply rate improves as soon as we start. Review volume and rating take longer, because they depend on how many customers you serve and how their experience goes.
How does this differ from reputation management software or Local SEO?
Software gives you a dashboard, and you still do the reading, replying and chasing. We do the work, and you still get a live dashboard to watch it. Local SEO is about ranking in Google Maps and local search. Reviews help there, but this service is dedicated to your reviews, feedback and branded search results.
