WordPress Projects We Support
Every WordPress site goes through the same four stages. Find the one you’re in, and see what we’d deliver.
- Launch
New WordPress Websites
No site yet, or one you'd rather not keep.
Signs you're here- No website yet, or a placeholder
- A new business, brand or division
- Your current site can't be saved
- Sitemap, page templates and design in your brand
- A CMS your team can edit without a developer
- Forms, tracking and SEO foundations built in
- Outgrow
WordPress Redesigns and Rebuilds
On WordPress already, but slow, dated or painful to edit.
Signs you're here- Pages take an age to load
- Every edit needs a developer
- Plugins conflict after updates
- A rebuild on a clean theme and editor setup
- Content and URLs carried over, with redirects checked
- Plugins cut back to what the site actually uses
- Switch
Migrations to WordPress
On Wix, Squarespace or another platform, and hitting its limits.
Signs you're here- The builder can't do what you need
- Monthly fees keep climbing
- You want to own the site outright
- Pages, posts and media moved across
- Every old URL mapped and redirected
- Forms and tracking rebuilt and tested before launch
- Extend
Improvements to Existing WordPress Sites
The site mostly works. It needs new templates, features or fixes.
Signs you're here- You need new page types or features
- Forms or integrations misbehave
- Small layout and speed problems
- New page templates, sections and content types
- Integrations, forms and custom functionality
- Fixes to layouts, speed and plugin conflicts
Why WordPress, and when it isn't
WordPress earns its place when your team publishes often and the site has to do more over time. If you’d rather rent a simple site and never touch it, a hosted builder can be enough. We’ll tell you which on the call.
WordPress Development Capabilities
The part your team touches every week, and the parts that make the site work. For each, the meter shows whether we configure proven tools, customize them or write code for you.
CMS Setup and Editing Workflows
An editor built for the people who’ll use it. Elementor Pro for visual pages, structured fields for content that repeats, and roles so nobody can break the layout.
- Custom post types, like services, team or locations
- Custom fields with ACF
- User roles and permissions
Flip the switch to see which parts of a page your team edits, and which stay locked so nothing breaks.
Theme, Template and Layout Development
A lightweight base theme, a child theme for your changes and reusable templates for every page type, so new pages look right without a designer.
- Header, footer and global styles
- Page, post and archive templates
- Reusable sections and blocks
Forms and Third-Party Integrations
Forms that land where your team works, tracking that shows which pages bring the leads, and WooCommerce when you want to sell online from the same site.
- Forms with email alerts and spam protection
- Booking calendars and CRM handoff (like GoHighLevel and HubSpot)
- Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and call tracking
Custom Functionality and Plugin Development
When a plugin can't do it, or would load ten features to give you one, we write the function ourselves.
- Custom blocks and Elementor widgets
- Calculators, filters and directory listings
- Small purpose-built plugins and API connections
Integrations we connect: web forms and email alerts, booking calendars, GoHighLevel and HubSpot CRMs, Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, call tracking. Deeper CRM or automation work is scoped separately, so it’s never assumed.

Move to WordPress without losing what works
A migration is more than copying pages. Every URL that ranks or gets linked to needs a new home, and every form needs to keep sending leads on day one.
- Content and media transferPages, posts, images and files moved and checked.
- URL and redirect mappingEvery old URL mapped to its new home with a 301 redirect.
- Functional checksForms, tracking, search and links tested on staging.
- Launch coordinationDNS switch timed with you, then a post-launch crawl.

WordPress Development Process
Five stages. Each one shows what we do, what we need from you and what you get, and nothing moves on until you approve it. Your schedule depends on scope and on how fast content and feedback arrive.
Discovery and Scope
Structure and Design Approval
Development and Content Preparation
Testing and Launch Approval
Launch and Handoff
Stage one is a free consultation. You get a written scope before anything starts.
Quality, Ownership and Post-Launch Handoff
What we test, what you walk away with, and where our job ends. Pick a topic.
Responsive Layouts and Accessibility Checks
- Tested on current iPhone, Android, tablet and desktop browsers
- Navigation, menus and buttons by keyboard
- Color contrast, headings and image alt text checked
We check against accessibility guidelines. Legal compliance is a call for your counsel, so we never promise it.
Performance and Technical SEO Foundations
- Compressed images, caching and a lean plugin list
- Clean headings, titles, meta and schema basics
- XML sitemap, redirects and Search Console ready
Build-stage SEO only. Ongoing rankings work is our SEO service. No speed score or ranking is guaranteed.

WordPress Development FAQs
Scope, cost, timing, ownership and support, answered.
Discovery and a written scope, the sitemap and design of your key templates, the build on staging, forms and integrations in scope, testing, launch, a handoff review with your team and admin access, plus 30 days of update support after go-live. We can write the copy, or build with yours. Hosting, premium licenses and ongoing maintenance are separate.
Yes. If the foundation is sound we improve it: new templates, features, fixes and speed work. If it’s slow, fragile or hard to edit, we rebuild it on a clean setup and carry your content and URLs across, with redirects checked.
Yes. We move pages, posts and media from platforms like Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, GoDaddy Website Builder and static HTML, map every old URL to a 301 redirect, rebuild forms and tracking, and test it all on staging before the switch.
Both, and we’ll tell you which and why. We build on a lightweight base theme with Elementor Pro, configure proven plugins where they do the job well, and write custom code where a plugin would be heavy, fragile or missing. Your quote says which parts are configured and which are custom.
Projects start at $4,000. It depends on the number of templates, the amount of content, migration, integrations, custom functionality and whether we write the copy. You get a written quote after a free consultation, with our fee shown separately from hosting, licenses and other third-party costs.
Scope first: templates, migration size and integrations. Then readiness: how fast content, access and feedback arrive. You get a schedule with your quote, and the biggest single speed-up is having one decision-maker who can approve each stage.
Your brand assets, any copy and images you want to keep, logins for the current site, domain and hosting, and access to the tools the site connects to (CRM, booking, analytics). We send a checklist after the scope is agreed.
Yes, that’s the point. Pages are built in Elementor Pro with locked layouts and editable content, repeating content uses simple fields, and we review the site with your team at handoff so everyone knows where things live.
You do. Once the project is paid, the site, its content and the custom code we write for it are yours. Your domain, hosting and admin accounts stay in your name. Premium themes and plugins are licensed products: we set them up in your name or run them under our licenses, whichever suits you.
We support updates for 30 days after the site goes live. After that you can run the site yourself, or keep us on it with managed hosting: plugin updates reviewed by our team, backups, security, uptime monitoring and changes when you need them, month to month.
