Website Quality and Launch Readiness
Before your site goes live, it passes the same report every time. Build-time SEO foundations are part of every project; ongoing SEO is a separate service.
Mobile Usability and Accessibility Checks
Checked- Layouts checked on phone, tablet and desktop
- Tap targets, menus and forms usable by thumb
- Color contrast, heading order, alt text and keyboard focus checked
Performance and Technical SEO Foundations
Checked- Compressed images and lean page builds
- Titles, meta descriptions, headings and clean URLs
- XML sitemap, robots settings and Search Console connected
Redesign and Migration Planning
Checked- Inventory of existing pages, URLs and what ranks
- 301 redirect map from every old URL that matters
- Checks before and after launch for broken links and lost pages
Functional Testing and Launch Acceptance
Checked- Every form submitted and delivered to the right inbox
- Analytics and conversion tracking firing
- Links, buttons and integrations clicked through before sign-off
Not on the report, on purpose: guaranteed rankings · a guaranteed speed score · ADA or WCAG certification · a promised lift in conversions. Nobody can honestly promise those.
Tracking setup confirms forms and events fire. It isn’t the same as CRM attribution or revenue reporting, which we scope separately. Want rankings to keep climbing after launch? See our SEO services.

Website Design FAQs
Straight answers on cost, timing, ownership and support.
How much does a website design project cost?
Website projects start at $4,000. The final number depends on how many unique page templates you need, page volume, whether we write or migrate the content, integrations, ecommerce and design complexity. You get an itemized written quote after a free consultation, with third-party costs such as hosting and licenses listed separately.
How long does a website design or redesign take?
It depends on scope, how quickly content and approvals come back, and any integrations. We set the schedule together in the written scope, and every stage has a clear approval point so you always know what’s next.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We inventory your current pages and URLs, keep what’s working, redesign the rest and redirect every old URL that matters to its new home. Migrations from Wix, Squarespace and other platforms are part of that work.
What content and assets will our team need to provide?
Your logo and brand files, any photos you want used, access to your current site and domain, and input on your services and customers. We can write the copy, or design around yours. The content plan shows exactly who supplies each page.
Which website platforms can you work with?
Any of them. We build on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, WooCommerce and other CMSs, plus headless and fully custom builds. We recommend the platform that fits how your team works and what the site has to do, not the one we prefer.
What is included in design, development and launch?
Discovery and a written scope, sitemap and wireframes, custom visual design for desktop and mobile, the build on your chosen platform, forms and tracking, pre-launch testing, launch on your domain, a handoff review and 30 days of update support. Copywriting, content migration and integrations are scoped case by case, and logo or brand design is a separate service.
Who owns the website, accounts and assets after launch?
You do. The domain, site, content and the design work we create for you are yours. Licenses for themes, plugins or apps can sit in your name or ours, whichever you prefer.
Can our team update the website after handoff?
Yes. We build every site so your team can edit text, images, posts and collection items without a developer, and we walk them through it in a handoff review.
How are SEO, accessibility and performance addressed?
Technical SEO foundations, image and page-weight optimization, mobile layouts and core accessibility checks are part of every build. Ongoing SEO is a separate service, and we don’t promise rankings, speed scores or accessibility certification.
What support is available after launch?
30 days of update support after go-live is included. After that you can manage the site yourself, move to our managed hosting for updates, backups and security, or bring us in for new pages and features as needed.
