Ecommerce Development for New and Existing Stores

Three ways in. Pick yours to see the warning signs, what we deliver and what we need from you.

Launching

New Store Builds

You're selling online for the first time, or launching a new brand or product line.

Sound familiar?
  • You have products and a brand, but no store yet
  • You're moving off marketplaces or social-only selling
  • You need a launch-ready store, not a DIY project
What we deliver
  • Store setup, theme and brand applied
  • Product, collection and cart templates
  • Payments, shipping and taxes configured with you
What you'll need

Your products, prices and photos, and a Shopify plan in your name

Redesigning

Existing Store Redesigns

Your Shopify store works, but it looks dated, loads slowly or is hard to shop on a phone.

Sound familiar?
  • Most traffic is mobile, but the store feels built for desktop
  • Shoppers can't find products or pick the right variant
  • Twenty apps, half of them unused
What we deliver
  • A redesign on your current store, no re-import
  • Cleaner navigation, filters and product pages
  • Apps reviewed and trimmed
What you'll need

Collaborator access to your store and your sales priorities

Store Migration and Replatforming

You're on WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace or another platform, and it's holding the store back.

Sound familiar?
  • Your platform's fees or limits keep getting in the way
  • Plugins and updates break the store
  • You want Shopify without losing products, customers or links
What we deliver
  • Products, customers and order history moved
  • Every old URL mapped to a redirect
  • Old and new stores checked side by side
What you'll need

Admin access to the current store and a quiet launch window

What we build

Shopify & Ecommerce Development Services

Everything between “we need a store” and the first real order, in the order a store gets built: what’s included, what’s scoped per project and exactly where our work stops.

Build specShopify store · what each workstream coversEvery build If in scope
01

Store Setup and Configuration

Everything a store needs before the first order, set up and checked with you.

  • Store settings, domains and staff accounts
  • Payment provider, shipping profiles and rates
  • Tax settings, policies and order notifications
Every build

Payment, tax and legal settings are configured with you and approved by you. We don't give tax or legal advice.

02

Storefront Design and Theme Customization

Your brand on a licensed Shopify theme, shaped around how your customers shop.

  • Homepage, navigation, header and footer
  • Responsive layouts for phone, tablet and desktop
  • Reusable sections your team rearranges in the theme editor
  • Custom Liquid sections when the theme falls short
Every build

We customize a licensed theme. Fully custom themes aren't part of this service.

03

Product Catalog and Shopping Experience

Product and collection pages that answer questions and get to the cart fast.

  • Product and collection templates, variants and swatches
  • Menus, search and filters by size, color or type
  • Cart and checkout settings within your Shopify plan
Every build

Checkout is configured within Shopify's settings and your plan, not rebuilt from code.

04

Store Migration

Moving from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and others, without losing your data or your links.

  • Products, variants, images, customers and order history
  • Old URLs mapped to 301 redirects
  • Counts reconciled between old and new store before launch
If in scope

Rankings can dip after any move. We protect them with redirects, but nobody can guarantee them.

05

App and Business-System Integrations

The apps your store runs on, connected and configured, not left half set up.

  • Reviews, email and SMS marketing apps
  • Shipping, fulfillment and accounting connections
  • Analytics, pixels and CRM handoff
If in scope

We connect and configure existing apps. Custom app development isn't offered.

06

Pre-Launch Testing and Store Handoff

Nothing goes live until it's been ordered, refunded and checked on real phones.

  • Phone, tablet and desktop checks
  • Catalog, navigation, discount and test-order runs
  • Your sign-off, then a handoff review with your team
Every build

We test the agreed order paths. That's not a security, accessibility or compliance certification.

Store Handoff and Post-Launch Support

What happens on handoff day, during launch support and after, so nothing’s left vague.

  1. Handoff day

    Training and Store Administration

A handoff review with your team: adding products, editing pages, running discounts and handling orders.

    • Admin access and a list of every app
    • A walk-through of the theme editor
    • Where to find each setting
  2. First 30 days

    Launch Support and Ongoing Maintenance

30 days of launch support for anything we built that isn't working as agreed. After that, new features and changes are quoted as their own scope.

    • Fixes to agreed scope during launch support
    • New sections or features quoted separately
    • Shopify hosts the store, so there's no server to maintain
  3. When you're ready to grow

Ecommerce SEO as a Separate Service

Every build ships with clean titles, headings, redirects and sitemaps. Growing organic traffic after that is its own service.

    • SEO foundations included in the build
    • Ongoing SEO is a separate plan
    • Ads, email and CRO are never assumed

It depends on catalog size, design depth, migration, apps and integrations, and whether we write the copy. You get a written quote after a free consultation. Our fee is shown separately from your Shopify plan, theme license, apps and payment fees, which are billed to you by those vendors.

Your schedule comes with your quote. It depends on scope, and on how quickly product data, photos, approvals and account access arrive. Having one decision-maker who can approve each stage is the biggest single speed-up.

Yes. We redesign on your current store, so products, customers and orders stay where they are. We build the new theme in the background, you review it on a preview link, and it goes live when you approve it.

Shopify, on any standard Shopify plan, and WooCommerce for stores that belong on WordPress. We don’t take on Shopify Plus checkout extensions, headless builds or custom app development.

Yes. We move products, variants, images, customers and order history from platforms like WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, map every old URL to a redirect, and reconcile counts before launch. Some data can’t move cleanly between platforms, such as saved passwords. We’ll tell you what’s affected up front.

Your product list with prices, variants and photos, brand assets, any copy you want to keep, and access to your Shopify store, domain and the apps it connects to. We can write product and page copy, or build with yours. We send a checklist once the scope is agreed.

You do. The Shopify store owner account, your domain, your products, customers and orders stay in your name. Once the project is paid, the theme customizations we build are yours. Themes and apps are licensed products, billed to you by their vendors.

Theme work means applying your brand to a licensed Shopify theme, setting up templates and sections, and building custom Liquid sections where the theme falls short. App work means choosing, installing and configuring existing apps and connecting them to your other systems. Your quote lists each one. We don’t build custom apps.

30 days of launch support for anything we built that isn’t working as agreed. Shopify hosts the store, so there’s no server upkeep. New features, sections and changes after that are quoted as their own project.

The build includes SEO foundations: clean page titles and headings, image alt text, redirects for migrations and a sitemap submitted to Google. Ongoing work to grow organic traffic and sales is our separate ecommerce SEO service.
