- Cut the spend that never converts
- Fix what's being counted as a conversion
- Keep your account history intact
Expanding a Working Campaign
Campaigns pay for themselves, but they're capped by budget, locations, products or one platform.
- Check margins and sales capacity first
- Measurement that can handle more volume
- New locations, products or campaign types
- Microsoft Ads where your buyers are
- A clear offer people already search for
- A monthly ad budget you can commit while campaigns learn
- A website or landing page (we can build it)
- Someone who can approve ads and changes quickly
- A team that answers calls and follows up on leads
- Nobody can answer calls or follow up quickly
- There's little search demand for the offer yet
- The budget can't run long enough to gather data
- You want guaranteed lead counts

Landing Pages, Tracking, and Client Responsibilities
Great campaigns still fail if nobody answers the phone. Here’s exactly who owns what.
Landing-Page Readiness and Conversion Experience
Ads only buy the click. We review the page each ad sends people to, fix what blocks conversions and build new landing pages where the existing ones can't do the job.
Conversion Tracking and Data Access
We set up or repair tracking for calls, forms and purchases with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, then test it before launch. Third-party tools, such as call tracking, are quoted before they're added.
Client Inputs and Sales Follow-Up
You know your customers. We need your approvals, offer updates and a fast response to every lead, plus CRM access or feedback so we can see which leads became sales.

Management Fees, Ad Spend, and Account Control
How much does PPC management cost? Two separate bills, both visible to you. Here’s where every dollar goes, and what stays yours.
Management Fees Versus Platform Ad Spend
Your ad spend is billed by Google and Microsoft straight to your card. It never passes through us. Our management fee is a separate invoice for the strategy, builds, optimization and reporting.
Setup and Separately Scoped Costs
Setup, landing pages, tracking and creative are spelled out in your proposal before work starts. Anything outside it, like a third-party tool, is quoted first. No surprise invoices.
Budget Planning and Change Approval
We recommend a starting budget from real keyword costs, competition and your goals. We pace it through the month and never raise it without your approval.
Account Access, Ownership and Handover
You own the ad accounts, billing, campaign history and conversion data. We work through manager access. Month to month: if you leave, we remove our access and everything stays with you.
Your quote depends on your goal, markets, platforms, current account, landing page and tracking needs, and ad budget. One call, then a written quote.
How the Engagement Works
No black box. Every stage has a job for us, a job for you and something you can hold us to.

CPA, ROAS and ROI Are Different Measures
Ad spend ÷ a conversion you choose. Only as good as what you count.
Revenue ÷ ad spend. Needs real revenue data, not estimates.
Profit after ad spend, fees and costs. Needs your margins.
Review Cadence and Optimization Priorities
You get a live dashboard you can open any time, and review meetings that cover what ran, what it cost, what we learned and what changes next. You decide budgets and offers; we decide bids and day-to-day changes.
No agency can promise a CPA or ROAS before seeing your data, and we won’t.
PPC Management FAQs
The questions buyers ask before they sign anything.
Ask anything on a free call. You’ll leave with a plan either way.
Book my free call (832) 510-3999What does PPC management include?
Strategy, keyword research, campaign builds, ad copy and assets, bidding and budget management, search-term reviews, testing and reporting, plus landing pages, conversion tracking and CRM integration. Your proposal lists the exact scope before work starts.
How are management fees different from ad spend?
Ad spend is what you pay Google or Microsoft for clicks, billed straight to your card. The management fee pays Ascendly for the work. They’re separate, so you always see exactly where each dollar goes.
What budget and business inputs are needed to get started?
A clear offer, the locations you serve, a monthly ad budget you can hold steady while campaigns gather data, and someone to answer leads. We recommend a starting budget on the call, based on real keyword costs in your market.
Can you take over an existing advertising account?
Yes. We review what’s running, keep the account and its history, cut what wastes spend and rebuild what needs it. You don’t lose your data or start from zero.
Which platforms and campaign types can you manage?
Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and remarketing, and Local Services Ads, plus Microsoft Advertising. YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Amazon ads are separate services with their own scope.
Are landing pages and conversion tracking included?
Yes. Landing page reviews and builds, plus conversion tracking for calls, forms and purchases, are part of management. Your proposal confirms what’s needed for your account.
Who owns the advertising account and campaign data?
You do. The ad accounts, billing, campaign history, audiences and conversion data belong to your business. We work through manager access, and if you leave, everything stays with you.
How do you measure lead quality and campaign performance?
We track calls, forms and purchases, then separate those from qualified leads and sales using your CRM or your team’s feedback. You’ll see cost per conversion and cost per qualified lead, and ROAS where revenue data exists.
What affects the time needed to evaluate results?
Budget, click costs, how many conversions happen each month, sales-cycle length and whether tracking is clean. We agree a review point up front so you know when we’ll decide what to keep, change or stop.
What are the engagement and cancellation terms?
Month to month. No long-term contract. If you leave, we remove our access and you keep everything.
